How the pay-per-use model works
Most swag-store platforms charge a monthly or annual platform fee whether or not anyone orders anything, plus separate inventory carrying costs if you pre-stock items. We run this differently: there's no platform fee and no requirement to pre-purchase inventory. We build the store on your branding, list the approved product catalog, and produce each order as it comes in (or from held stock for high-frequency items) — so the only cost to you is the merch that actually ships. For enterprise programs with predictable reorder volume, we can also hold light inventory to speed up fulfillment on the most popular items.
What we handle end to end
- Store setup and hosting on your branding — no separate vendor contract or IT lift required.
- Product curation from our vetted US vendor network, refreshed as your brand or seasonal needs change.
- Inventory management and production, including reorder thresholds for held-stock items.
- Order fulfillment and nationwide US delivery, tracked from checkout to doorstep.
- One dedicated account manager for the ongoing relationship — store updates, new product requests, budget reporting.
Who runs a swag store vs. a one-off bulk order
| Situation | Better fit |
|---|---|
| Continuous new-hire onboarding across the year | Company swag store |
| One conference or single event with a hard date | Bulk / group order |
| Multiple departments with separate, ongoing budgets | Company swag store (with department-level reporting) |
| A single company-wide refresh happening once | Bulk / group order |
Access controls and budget management
For enterprise clients, we support access controls (e.g. only current employees can order, verified via your directory or an invite link) and budget rules per department or per employee, so a swag store doesn't become an unmanaged spend line. Reporting is built around what your finance and People Ops teams actually need to see — orders by department, by month, by item — delivered by your account manager, not buried in a self-serve dashboard you have to learn.
